UPVC PVC Window Profiles Extrusion Making Machine
UPVC window profile are made of PVC resin, calcium carbonate, and other additives, and then extruded under high temperature and high pressure.
The surface of a high-quality UPVC PVC window profile should be smooth, the color should be basically uniform, there should be no cracks, no bubbles, the welds should be flat, and there should be no defects such as scratches or impurities that would affect use.
Features of UPVC window profile production line:
- The PVC profile production line includes screw feeder machine, conical twin screw extruder, vacuum cooling table, 2 in 1 hauling off and cutting machine, PVC film wrapping laminating machine(which can make imitation marble design, fabric design, wooden design, etc.), and stacking machine. Extruders of different specifications can be selected according to different profile sections and molds to meet the needs of output.
- Be equipped with internationally renowned electrical appliances, such as, ABB inverter, Siemens Motor and Schneider electrics, lower staring power, reduce voltage fluctuation and easy to adjust speed. The products produced have smooth and clean surfaces, small dimensional errors, can be nailed, corrosion-resistant, flame-retardant and many other advantages.
- Adopt conical twin screw extruder (which use 38CrMoAL material -- high-wearing, high strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance), The products produced have smooth and clean surfaces, small dimensional errors, can be nailed, corrosion-resistant, flame-retardant and many other advantages.
- The vacuum sizing table adopts a special enlarged vortex cooling system to facilitate cooling and shaping. The special horizontal tilt control and unique three-dimensional adjustment control make the operation easier and better reflected. According to different molds, the sizing table can be selected in specifications of 4 meters, 6 meters, 8 meters, 10 meters, etc. to meet the requirements of high-speed extrusion
- This production line is used to manufacture PVC fluted panel, WPC wall panel, WPC louver panel with different section shape and height, such as, 186 mm, 195 mm, 250 mm, 300 mm, 600 mm and so on.
