What is PVC Wall Panel?

PVC ceiling wall panels has the characteristics of light weight, good toughness, high hardness, bright color, high finish, aging resistance, flame retardant, moisture-proof, moth-proof, and long service life. It is a new type of chemical building material, used to make wall panels and other widely used in interior and exterior decoration of residential rooms, buildings, shopping malls, etc.

PVC wall panel is made of polyvinyl chloride resin as the base material, adding anti-aging agent, modifier and other additives, and is made through mixing, calendering, vacuum forming and other processes.

What is PVC wall panel production line?

PVC wall panel production line consists of a conical twin-screw plastic extruder, extrusion mold and calibration mold, vacuum shaping table, hauling off machine, cutting machine, online PVC film hot stamping and laminating machine (or double colors printing machine), stacking machine, high-speed PVC mixer, Waste PVC recyling machine （crusher and pulverizer machine)etc. 

1. SRL heating and cooling mixer machine

The pot body is made of δ8mm SUS304 stainless steel plate, which has the characteristics of wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. The inner surface is extremely smooth and hard after polishing, and it is not easy to stick to the material.

2. PVC Wall Panel Extrusion Line

- PVC wall panel extrusion machine has a vacuum cooling and shaping process. After the mold is installed, it is heated, the barrel temperature rises to about 200℃, the mold temperature is about 190℃, and each section quickly rises to the required temperature. 

-The extruded material is required to be fully plasticized without decomposition, the material is discharged evenly from the upper and lower sides of the extrusion die head, and the ribs can be pulled only when the discharge speed is consistent with the surface. The normal production temperature is 210℃.

- When starting the traction, cover the vacuum shaping template, then start the vacuum pump, calibrate the vacuum template and the extrusion die concentrically, on the same straight line, and ensure that the vacuum degree is above 0.04M Pa.

3. Surface Treatment Machine

The PVC wall panel surface treatment has lamination and printing, makes the surface more patterns.

Online hot stamping and lamination machine:

online hot stamping and lamination machine is used to wrap the color film on PVC wall panel, PVC ceiling panel, etc. The wrapped panel has colorful design, such as, wood grain design, imitation marble design, fabric design and so on.

After lamination or hot stamping, the panel surface will have wood grain design, fabric design, marble design, etc.

Double colors printing and UV coating machine:

Double colors printing and UV coating line is used to coating or printing a layer of colorless and transparent photo-curing coating on the surface of PVC ceiling sheet, PVC wall panel, etc. After leveling and photo-curing, a thin and uniform layer is formed on the surface of the board

Embossing roller(customized the rollers by patterns)

3 sets of UV varnish applying roller ( The PU roller and steel roller work in forward and reverse directions to control the amount of ink)

By Printing and UV coating line, The PVC wall panels/ceiling sheets has the characteristics of high gloss or low matte, fast curing speed, easy leveling, good hardness, excellent anti-yellowing performance, good transparency, excellent adhesion, energy saving, and high production efficiency.

4. Quality Control

After the PVC wall panel is manufactured, it goes through a quality control process to ensure that each board meets the required standards.
